Testimonials

Resort; Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort

On our recent holiday we stayed at Radisson SAS. During our stay we experienced an excellent service and the staff were always accommodating. If we had any problems, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The resort itself was well situated, close to the sea, with sea or country views. We were also close to a bus stop enabling easy access to visit other areas. There is a beautiful swimming pool, lagoon style, a well equipped gym and other sport facilities. There are also saunas and body massages, everything you need to make you feel superior. The food was excellent, suiting most tastes.

This is a truly relaxing or busy holiday resort. We cannot praise this resort or the staff high enough.

Resort; Las Marismas, Correlajo, Fuerteventura

The accommodation was of good quality, very clean and in good condition. The apartments (although over 200 of them) were well spaced out, over looking the various amenities, but not overlooked by other apartments. The apartment that we had was a good size (1 bedroom, lounge/dinning/kitchen and a good size bathroom), with large balcony. The furniture was good quality and in good condition, the only down side was that there is no air conditioning.

The site is well laid out, with three pools, all with plenty of sun beds and mattresses, and all regularly (daily) cleaned. The pool area café (lunch time) was spacious, with a reasonable (but a little expensive) menu. We didn’t use the restaurant and bar, and therefore cannot comment. The other amenities (golf, gym etc) were very good, again very clean and of a high standard.

The staff were always very courteous, well groomed and helpful. Arriving at the reception was very simple, all information given was well explained and easy to understand, good language skills.

Large secure (electronic gates) car park provided, close to reception, ideal for hire cars. Only access to site was through the reception, therefore site was very secure.

The accommodation is a little way out, (at the top of the town), probably 30 minutes walk, (uphill all the way back!)

We had a hire car from the airport, resort relatively* easy to find (30 minutes from airport), and saved on transfer costs. Hire car ideal for going out into town to eat at night, road parking only in town, ok for this time of year, I would think a lot more difficult in high season

*Accommodation is on a one way system, a little complex to find initially, the directions that you sent to me were incorrect, they directed me down a one-way system the wrong way!

In summary, quality of accommodation, staff and site very good, only down side is lack of air conditioning for summer months

Resort; Pearly Grey, Tenerife

We have just returned from a week at the Pearly Grey in Tenerife.  We had a very comfortable, well equiped apartment on the 3rd floor.  Lovely sea-views.  The service at the resort was excellent. The apartments were cleaned daily.  We eat each day in the restaurant, the food was very good, reasonably priced, with a varied menu.  The evening entertainment was o.k.

Resort; Palm Oasis, Maspalomas, Feb. 2007

We enjoyed an excellent week at the Palm Oasis resort in a one bedroomed apt. with all mod cons. The large balcony with table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers was a real bonus.Palm Oasis apts are situated around 2 large swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers and a jacussi. The gardens were lush and colourful and very well tended.

Thank you for organising our stay here.

Resort; Radisson Hotel, Golden Bay,Malta.

Just to say how much we enjoyed our weeks stay at the Radisson Hotel, Golden Bay,Malta.   The hotel itself overlooks the bay as well as the outdoor pool which is supposed to be the longest in Europe.   The hotel room we had overlooked the countryside with side views of the sea and was very comfortable with everything you needed in the room.
They had buses that took you a few places on the Island but we feel that if you wish to sightsee you need a car.   Plenty of outside bars overlooking the bay and several restaurants.   Overall we would rate the hotel 9/10.
